Do we get a CRS points updated Notice after your birthday ?

I have my Birthday coming up in a few days !

I am expecting my points to be dropped by 5.
In this case do we need to do anything or the CIC will automatically update my score
based on the birth date entered ?

It will be automatically dropped your points by 5. Same thing happened for me last time.
