My husband and I came to Canada 2 years ago. We are resident in Canada and currently have an ITA for PR under the CEC. We had a baby 3 months ago in Canada. We understand that she is a citizen but we are confused on how to include her in our application. Do we indicate that she is an 'accompanying or 'unaccompanying' child? do we obtain a medical record for her as well? I would really appreciate an answer. It's been difficult getting information online about this. Thanks

You are really asking if you should add your CANADIAN son to your application to obtain PR in Canada, which can then lead to CANADIAN citizenship?

You will only have to add your child as a family member where applicable. But of course, NOT, your child is Canadian! But NO, not as a dependent in the application.
