Do W-1Visa required to start work in Canada. Old Tourist Visa is still Valid

Hi All,

Hope everybody is doing well.

I have received my Work Application approved for Canada. But i was not issued any W-1 or Work Visa. I had my old tourist visa still valid till 2029.
So the question is can i travel to Canada with my Approved Letter and Tourist Visa? Will there be any issue for this? Or should i apply for new Work Visa?
