Do Vos call to employer to confirm job responsibilities ? does anyone experience it ? just a random thought came in my mind. How those HR people can explain those responsibilities , they don't anything

Its totally up-to VO , When according to documentation provided to him , if he/she is not convinced or if he/she has doubt in mind . He/She can call to the Contact# provided in reference letters.

Lot of Factors apart from above can trigger the call like Not Renowned Company , Low Employee Strength , Company Location on Google Maps etc.

The HR might not know your duties but he/she should know the Designation , Role , Salary and how long you have been working for the company .

Hope it clarifies your query.

Biggest thing which is bothering me is that I worked on contract for third party software company and my employer is an employment agency and when employment agency gave me contract there were some different job responsibilities and job title on contract but I have some different responsibilities and job title for the third party software company I working for , so when I asked for the reference letter from my employment agency , I told them to use the job title and job responsibilities which I am actually doing for third party company , so they did. If VO called at this employment agency I wondering those people dont get confused with my job title and job responsibilities which they put it on reference letter with the title and job responsibilities have it on contact . For support I am attaching reference letter , pay stubs and contract and also going to ask my third party software company to provide me a letter to mention how long I am working for and what are my job responsibilities , is too much to show as supporting documents

Hi

You are panicking about something that has not or may never happen.

TH VO had the right to call your employer but this is only done when something needs further investigation. If your application is open, honest and reflects the truth then there should be no issue.

Thx
