Do university have to attach "Academic Records Request Form" for ECA to WES

Hello All,

Do Universities have to attach "Academic Records Request Form" obtained from WES along with my Transcripts in sealed envelop before sending to WES, or just writing my application number on the envelope will suffice the purpose.

If you have not yet sent it, it would be good to keep the same. I got my universities for both Masters and Bachelors to keep the same as part of the transcripts and attested certificates envelope. But I have also read on the forum that it is not necessary, what is important is the Reference Number on the envelope. You can get a second opinion on the same.

Not necessary. That form is a standard template for you to request your academic records from the University - it has no relevance to WES.
