Do they send you COPR by e-mail?

Uh, I just recently e-mail Ottawa and asked them what the status on my application was. I have received PPR on March 8th, and sent them my passport on March 28th.

The reply I got said this: "Dear Sir/Madam, Your document was sent to you via mail on 2013/04/16."

What do they mean by documents? Do they send you COPR notification through e-mail?

When they say mail, they mean with a postage stamp. Documents = COPR and perhaps photos.

(Which is unlikely, since they asked me to pay the RPRF)
