I have heard they remove Paper Clips and other Dividers....How about Staples? Can I put them in or will they just remove them? Is everything just supposed to be on unattached loose leaf?

They do not advice using staples. Imagine receiving hundred or even thousands of applications and having to remove each one.
This will slow them down.

I would leave it loose. I sent mine loose but in order. This is why all application forms have title and page numbers so they know which comes together or not.

Agreed, they must remove the staples in order to scan the pages that they scan. We also did not staple, nor clip things together. It could also adversely affect the weight of the package that you are going to send it.

I read somewhere, I don't remember, we should not put any metal part in the application. When I gathered my application, I wanted to double check but couldn't find the source, preferred to not use anything metal just in case.
