DO THEY EMAIL AS WELL AS ATTACH LOI with PASSPORT?

Iv recieved it on email but my passport was sent through VFS. So will I also get a copy of the LOI attached with my passport?

Yes they do send a short version computer generated LOI along with the passport and also a welcome letter from the High Commission of Canada.
