Hi Guys!

My time line is:

Application Received by CIC-M on 17 Apr 2012
Sponsorship approved on 09 Aug 2012
status changed to Decisions Made
File has been Sent to New Delhi
PPR and landing fee requested from New Delhi on 22 Aug 2012
PPR sent on 23rd and it was received on 27th August 2012
Interview call letter received on 26 Sept 2012

Now I am worried...is it normal?? do they call for an interview after PPR and landing fee request?

It's normal for New Delhi. They always send out PPR very early in the process. Good luck on the interview!

Thanks for a prompt reply. I was worried for interview coz I got PPR almost a month ago. Well...what normally they ask in interview?? as we had sent number of evidences like, joint bank accounts, joint property, hundreds of photographs, boarding passes as we traveled a lot around the world after our marriage, joint insurance, family pictures etc. our marriage was took place in city cleark's office in New York and no one from the family was there.

Just curious to know what would they ask in interview? :o

Probably they will focus on why you had just a civil ceremony, and why no one from your families was there. Prepare to talk about this at the interview - explain your reasons and offer any proof you have.

In general, they can ask about pretty well anything, so just try to make sure the applicant knows all about the sponsor's life in Canada, and knows everything that was written in the application.
