Do the people applying TRV together get same UCI?

Hi guys,

I'm applying TRV again after my parents's TRV refusal once. In the application form, I need to fill the UCI.
There was one UCI written on top of the refusal email. is it the same for both the parents?

UCIs are unique for each person. You can leave the UCI fields blank.
