Do the frequent emails to CIC delay the processings?

I have read posts of some members at another forum that frequent emailing to CIC slows/delays your processings.I need to invite the opinions of seniors to know how correct is this info.
Please share your experiences and opinions.

can u send me the email id were i can contact them? i have submitted my docs on 6th September 2015.. i had recieved the invite on 15th July 2015.
Also the application update shows medical cleared!!

How much time more will it take for the PR to come?
