do SBI manager comes under Government position

Hi All,

I am planning to apply visiting visa to my dad and he is an SBI(State Bank of India) manager in India . There is one question which I am not clear whether to select Yes or No. can anyone please confirm.

Schedule-1 Application for Temporary residence:

Have you ever help any government positions(Such as civil service, Lawyer, Police,member of Parliament, hospital administration)?

SBI is a public bank. Since it is publicly traded bank and also is separate entity ( not a fully government owned entity ), your father is not a government employee.
