DO PEOPLE NEED TO GET A NEW FBI CLEARANCE IF....

I mailed my Application May 19 2010. Got approved and got transferred to Buffalo on June 23, 2010.

Now this is my only concern.

My FBI was received by the FBI on November 2009 and mailed to me in Jan 2010. I recvd it in the mail in February 2010.

So CIC got a hold of it on MAy 19 2010 when they received my application. Do i need to do this FBI thing again? Or no

because I heard 3 months it expires and May 19 it was 4 months !!!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE

CIC is supposed to have it in hand before the end of the 3 month period, but I've heard of some people who weren't required to have it redone. However, if I were you I'd go ahead and order another set, just in case, since it takes so long to come in anyway.

ok thank you! this sucks it does take a long time. i heard people who live closer receive it quicker i wish i did!

I lived like 40 minutes from the FBI centre at the time and I got it in about 6 weeks.. but some people who didn't live as close as that got it in that amount of time as well, so I don't know if it made a huge difference Good luck!

thanks guys im going to do them again just in case and wait for the Buffalo office to ask me for them then I will mail them my fingerprints! i hope it wont slow the process i was thinking maybe mail them early on
