Do not receive visa stamped passport on time

I had done my biometric and documents submission on 22 march 2019, on 3
April i got study visa approwal mail
So i wait for my visa stamped passport but after 15 days on 18 april 2019 i got my passprot back by vfs with the letter stated dameged paaport, i felt shocked as my passport was i absolute good condition but has shadowed printing. that was not my fault but still i applied for my new indian passport and received one on 24 april. And deposoted it to vfs
And got mail on 26 april 2019 that my passport is under process at ircc. Now at present i applied extention from my college but they denied and offer deferl if i donot reach at my college till 10 may 2019. Now the date is 3 may 2019

Now please help and suggest what can i do
*does i get defferel from the same coure in september 2019 intake.
*What will be the procedure.
*Will i get extention
 
You need to ask these questions of your college, or read their policies. A college's deferral policies are not immigration questions, they vary greatly between institutions, and are best answered by their International Student Office.

Yes i mailed my college and stated my situation but they replied that they do not

Yes i mailed my college about my present situation but they replied that they do not offer start date extention they told me in case i do not reach till 10 may, i should aplly for deffer what can i do and what are the alternatives ca u suggest
 
I can't advise you on things to do with your college. A deferral means you start classes later.
 
I donot received may visa stamped passport on time. I have approwal letter till mar 2021. Do i need to apply for extention again or i can extend my visa azfter visiting canada. Pls suggest
