do I still qualify for a post graduate work permit if I do a summer semester instead of winter

hello I know that you don't qualify for a PGWP if you take time off your studies , but I have taken the last 2 summer semesters along with the fall and winter , which means I'm a head in my program by about 2 semesters , but I need to take this winter semester off , do I still qualify for the PGWP ?

Edit : usually the summer semester isn't required , the general expectation is that you do the fall and winter full time which qualifies you as full time this year
