I will apply for 2133 next Friday.
Do I still have a chance? the CAP now is 412 and I read that the applications on 9/4 charged few days ago
Is this an indication that the CAP will be FULL before I got accepted?

I'm not asking to check if i 'll apply or not. I'm asking to choose between this occupation and another one.
If the chances are not high in this i will go to the other.
