Do I send it my application before or after I receive biometric letter?

Hi everyone. I am sponsoring my husband to Canada. I paid for the application exactly one week ago. I still have not received the biometrics letter. But I'm kind of confused... am I supposed to send in my application now or AFTER I get the biometric letter on my account? Additionally, where does the biometrics letter even come? on my email or my CIC account that I created? please please help!!!

You don't need to wait for biometrics to send the app. Send it now.
