Do i require proof of funds if i have a sister with pr?

Hi there, i am confused about whether to produce proof of funds or not since i have a sister in canada, having a pr. She is working and is staying with her husband, and both of them have pr's. Can anyone pls help me?

You will have to provide proof of Funds regardless of your sibling as PR.

If your sister is gifting you money to show for PR, she will have to prepare a gift deed.

Technically only parents can gift money.
