do i qualify = seniors please help

hi frndsion

i am software engineer with experience if 1 year and 2 months.my job category on NOC list is 2173 .
i want to apply under FSW.but m little confused as someone told me for this application your job category should be in
the the categories given on cic site.As my job category is not in those 38 categories but it is in the list of National occupational categories.

So am i eligible for FSW.Seniors i need your help.And please assist me for further things

If you have from IT field, You have only 3 NOC to qualify

NOC:0213 Computer and Information System Manager
NOC:4131 College and Vocational Instructor - Computer trainer
NOC:4121 University Professor --- Computer Science teacher
