Hi,

I sent my application to CIC in Nova Scotia and got a response asking me to send my full application to the visa office.

When reading the instructions, I'm a little confused as to whether I should send the "Right to Permanent Residence Fee" along with my full application, at this time or should I wait till the Visa office contacts me and asks for this fee at a later time?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Chris

You can send RPPF fees with Full Documents.

It is optional.

If you do not send RPPF fees with full documents, visa office will ask you with Medical and/or Passport request.

It must be paid before Citizenship and Immigration Canada issues your permanent resident visa.

Visaexpert, thanks for your reply.

Do you know how I should pay this amount. I am in Canada and paying in CAD. Is a demand Draft made out to "Receiver General of Canada" correct?
