I am about to start my Canada PR process through express entry. I have a doubt?
16 years ago, I stayed in USA for about 15 months. Do I still need PCC from FBI after such a long period.

If yes, How do I get it and realistically how long will it take. Sorry not finding the exact answer online.

You need a PCC for any country you've spent more than 6 months in since age 18.

On average it seems to be taking 10-12 weeks for them. There's a thread on here dedicated to tracking the current trend.

If you were older than 18 yo, yes, you need the PCC.

yes you need a FBI pcc if you were older than 18 when you were in US

I saw a link somewhere in the FBI thread of a new company in Canada that can get you the cert a lot quicker. Worth investigating as ours got delivered to the FBI on the 19th of May and my card still hasn't been charged

since I have just stated the process and couriers my transcripts to WES just today, so I guess I have good enough time to initiate the process with FBI now. will possibly take fingerprints at home and dispatch this weekend

Hope that would be good enough time
