Do I need updated WES for Bachelors when I have Masters from Canada?

Hello,

I am submitting my documents for Express Entry (post ITA). My spouse has a Canadian Masters, and a Bachelors from her home country. I need to submit her Education Degrees. She did the whole WES ECA back in 2010.

My question is, do we need to attach her Bachelors in the application, even though she has a Masters from Canada? Her Bachelor certificate isn't in English. Do we need to translate it? And finally, do we need to attach her old WES from 2010, or do we need to request a new one?

if you claim points for master's degree then uploading bachelors degree is redundant. Not needed. this is what i did, i claimed for my Canadian master's degree and did not bother to do a WES for my bachelors.
