Do I need transit visa to go to another country via USA airport?

I from Nepal and have Permanent Residence status in Canada. I am going to China (have visa). I want to buy ticket to China. I found most of the deals are having transit in USA. Is there any problem if I have transit in USA. Do I need any other document or transit visa. Isn't my visa to China and Permanent residency card enough to transit through US airport??

You need a US transit visa. No - your Canadian PR card and Chinese visa aren't sufficient.
