Do I need to write down "N/A" on every question that doesn't apply to me?

For citizenship application form, there're couple of questions only have a small tick box, should I just write down N/A because typing is not possible? (It says "please use type or print in ink", in this case can I use both?)

i also didn't write any N/A 's in my application. do you think they will return it ? Question 6B, 6G since i have no children i left it blank. Question 7 B etc.

8f prohibitions
9e LINC
11 individuals who assisted me

None of these applies to me, should I leave them blank or is it okay to write down N/A with black ink pen (other answers were typed)

I have written N/A in all above questions that you have mentioned except 9E, i left it Blank since it is either YES or NO.

Yes. And type N/A in all blanks where you can type.
