Do I need to submit a photo with my Extending stay application?

I was reading all the instructions and filling out the application earlier and I could have sworn I read something about a photo but now I can't find any specifications on it.
DO I HAVE to submit a photo along with the Extend my stay application (which I'll be applying for online)?

Don't believe you have to submit any photos for visa extension applications.

Ok I jsut found where it said that. WHen you fill out the questionairre and it gives you your "personal checklist code", it says:
Step 4: Gather these documents and complete the application forms: (gives a link to the application)
and it says a digital photo. Along with proof of means of financial support and passport or travel document.

That's funny because when we applied for visa extension with PR application, we didn't submit any photos related to the extension. Only photos required for PR sponsorship. My wife was able to get her extension.

So the digital photo must be a new requirement since we applied.

Ah ok.. well I need photos for the PR application anywho so I guess this'll give me that push to get it done! haha
