Do I need to send the 'originals' of the translated/certified copies of all docs

Do I need to send in the original officially translated and certified by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs documents that are on the Regional Checklist or just photocopies? It cost several hundred dollars to do all of them but if that's what I need to do, I'll deal with it...and even deal with not getting them back... if it gets us to Canada...

Anyone? I had such a frustrating day...tried to pay the fees online but the system said it was having technical difficulties. Can't believe I've been preparing our application for so long now and then when I go to pay I can't! Aaaarghh...anyways, I know it's been asked before but I do I send in original certified and translated documents? It doesn't specify either way on the checklist or I'm just so tired from all of this I can't understand what to do anymore.......
