Do I need to scan the my whole passport even If I don't have any visas?

I have two passports, 1st one is expired (without any visas) and my current passport do not have any visas as well, So, my main question is that when applying for study permit online, do I need to scan my both passports fully even If they don't have any visas or the main information and signature page is enough?
