Do I need to scan hard copy of WES for e-APR?

Dear guys,
WES sent me the hard copy by end of April already but it seem to be lost on the way...
DO I need to scan the hard copy for the APR? if this's the case, then I have to order the duplicate copy from WES right? It costs another 30CAD...

Technically you don not have to submit it, a reference number will suffice.
But most people do. In this case it is better to scan the hard copy because the stamp is missing on the soft copy.

Well then I'll order duplicate report. Btw, it might not relate to the topic but I also need your help. In the letter of employment, they say I need to mention the JOB STATUS if it's my current job. What is it exactly? is it the "permanent" or "fixed contract" employee?
