Sorry! Reposting this since I didn't receive any response and maybe some people didn't get a chance to see my post.

Hello! I am a returning student who has been studying in Canada since Fall 2016. I had to come back to India because of the pandemic and my previous permit got expired in July 2020. I submitted a new application during first week of April 2020 from India. The LOE I attached states that "the student has been enrolled since Fall 2016 and he/she intends to enroll for Spring 2020 term with the expected graduation in Spring 2021". So, my question is do I need to submit a new LOE again or the one I submitted would suffice? Or they would consider my application for stage 1 approval by default?

This is what they have instructed in their portal:

If you are a returning student, please request the Canadian educational institution to issue you a "Letter of Enrolment/Registration". The letter should include how long you have been studying at that institution, and if applicable, your expected graduation date.

The letter you quoted seems to contain exactly the information IRCC is asking for.
Thank you for your reply. The only reason I am inclining towards upload a new LOE is because IRCC is specifically aiming to process applications for Fall 2020 term. So, I was wondering if I should submit a new LOE which states that I have a term scheduled for Fall 2020. Although the old LOE clearly states the expected graduation date which is Spring 2021.
