Do I need to include my UCI and Application Number in my Brief CV for ADR documents?

I just submitted my brief CV on IRCC GCKEY portal where I can see those requested documents. I uploaded the documents there, clicked sign and submitted. Then I realized in the ADR letter, they have this sentence saying "Any documentation or correspondence you send should include your UCI and Application number as indicated at the top of this letter". Since my application is already linked to gckey, do I need to include my UCI and application number in my brief CV??? If if I should, what should I do now?
