I am an American citizen about to apply for my second visitor visa extension while I wait for my PR application to be processed. I have all of my documents uploaded, but under "Optional Documents" there is a form called " Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)". When I click on the question mark it says
"You must provide a Schedule 1 declaration. A Schedule 1 declaration is a form with questions about your personal history. You will be asked to list information such as any affiliations with organizations and any military or government service."
Do I need to include this document? Like I mentioned I am a US citizen, and this is my second time applying for a visa extension, and I did not submit this document last time I applied. Just a little confused especially because it is under "Optional Documents" and I don't want to accidently apply for something I don't mean to.
