HI,

So an advisor told me I need to evaluate my Bachelor that I obtained back at home country despite the fact that I have a Masters from Canadian University. I have only written down my masters in my Express entry. Now

1. Do I need to put down my Bachelor in my profile too? (if so I understand I have to evaluate it)
2. But generally, do I need to evaluate my bachelor?

Thanks a lot

The requirement states 'To get the most points possible for your education under the Comprehensive Ranking System, you should get your highest degree, diploma or certificate assessed'. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/questions-answers-by-topic.asp?top=29

So the answer to your question is NO, you need not get your Bachelors assessed, however, if you still want to, you can go ahead.

You need to look seriously at the credentials of your adviser. As Stanlee has said, NO you don't need to get it evaluated as you only get points on your highest qualification.
I've actually put all my qualifications in my EE profile though. Not for getting points for all of it, but just for completeness. Not sure if that's right or wrong, but it gives you the choice to say whether you've had it evaluated or not each time you enter a qualification, so it's not being deceiving.
