I am Indian by origin and working outside India for last 5 years. I am just planning to claim 8 points for language, do I still need to appear for IELTS?
Thanks in advance,

This is a 6 - 8 month process ie: you send your application .. it takes them 3 months to get back on this .. you get your ilets exam in 1 month .. another month to get the results and sending back .. again in a 3 month queue. So better to give the IELTS and be done with it.
I have seen most of the people from India writing mother tongue as English .. but even that will not help tho it is somewhat true.
