I am outside India since last 10 years.
I am in Abudhabi since then and last two years, I have been studying here. in Ontario. Now, I want to apply for express entry. I need to know, If I need Police Certificate from India as My father is not living at the residence where he was 10 years ago when I left India. He has new residence after selling the old house. I have no record in India as I left house in old house. I got clearance certificate from Abudhabi when I came here in Canada and it is valid for only 3 months. Since no one canhave forever police certificate from abudhabi.
Now, What should I do? Please guide and help.
