Do I need PCC from US because flag-poling at US boarder

Hello, I don't have a usa visa and can't visit as a tourist. But I flag-pole at US boarder before to get the post graduate worker permit.

Will I need a PCC from US?

No. PCC is needed only from the countries where you lives for 6 months or more.
