Do I need PCC for the countries I have been in just for 1 week as a tourist.
I have been to some european countries. Do I have to mention all of the stays?

You need to mention all the stays in your travel history.

You only PCCs from countries where you've been for six months or more. Remember that this isn't consecutive six months, it's cumulative - if you went to France (for eg) for a month for the past six years, that's six months and you'll need a PCC.
