hello all

I am working in a restaurant as a pastry chef for about 1.5 years now. However, my employer didn't provide me with pay stubs to avoid taxation. I have proof of direct deposit through my bank statements which were made every month. Is that good enough to apply for Express Entry and prove that I have been employed under a position?

What you need to prove your NOC is a letter from your employer that is signed stating your responsibilities, salary and time worked. A letter is mandatory. Bank statements show you worked there but don’t provide proof of your NOC.

Yes. I will be getting the NOC and the letter. My only concern is they asking for a Pay stub which I won't be able to provide.
