Do i need option c

Hi in the checklist it asks only for the most recent notice of assesment copy along with the employment letter ..so do we need to print the option c (proof of income ) and send with the application ??

No. The notice of assessment is needed. You can send the Option C in addition if you need proof that you are married - it should say so on the Option C, but I don't know if it says so on the notice of assessment or not.
