I have two years diploma and I am working as User support technician from more then one year at this position.I have got letter of reference for this job. I was also doing part time job as security guard which does not come under NOC O, A and B. Do I need to include letter of reference or T4 for security guard part time job?

Yes, as instructions state that you must supply these documents for all jobs held in Canada over the past 3 years.

Unless you are using that work experience for your application, I dont think you need it.

Reference : One of my frn who was a Research assistant in university and working part time in Best buy. He applied through CEC, and got his PR without mentioning his Best buy Job

I understand they have specified we must supply the documents for all jobs held in Canada over the past 3 years but they had also specified that List only occupations that falls under Noc O, A and B . My part time security guard job doesnot fall in Noc O,A and B . I am confused do I need Letter of reference and T4 of part time job or not?

Again..if u mention that job in the form then u will need it. My advise dont mention it since it doesnot fall under NOC category

The instructions on the form are different from the instructions on the document checklist. On the form, instructions specify skill level O,A, or B only. On the document checklist for the Letters of Reference, there is no exclusion by skill level. (Not saying that they shouldn't match, just saying they don't).

If you opt not to send the letter, I would at least attach an explanation - provide information about the position and that you did not obtain the letter because it was not a skilled position.

Since you also have to submit your NOA, keep in mind that the the income from that position will (should) be included in your total income.
