Do I need "JOB OFFER" before applying any province for proviincial Nomination ?

Hi Mehar,

I'm no expert but what we didn't need one when we applied via Alberta's H1-B visa stream. We were successful--thankfully so--so you can check that out. A friend applied for a Provincial Nomination in Manitoba w/o an offer as well. Good luck!
