English & French are 2 official languages in Canada, For language ability, total of 24 points (16 for First & 8 for Second language, as you choose) are awarded. So, if you fall short of 67 points by considering one language, then only you should consider about 2nd language.

Thanks Mehuca,
Appreciated ur concern, But what will be my first language? U mean like if i choose English as 1st language & am good at it so i'll be gettin 16 points ;D

You need to choose one of the two as your 1st official language and the other will become your 2nd official language. 16 points are maximum that you could get from 1st language, for which you need to get good IELTS score in each of the four modules (refer current guidelines for the same).
