I had received my FBI no criminal records 2 days before I left USA. Eg: I had figure printed on Dec 01 2 pm and received this documents at 3 pm. I left at Dec 3rd 10 am. Do I need update this records? It just 40 hours....

I'm not clear why you're concerned about this particular time period and dates or what the specific concern you have is, but if IRCC needs, they will likely ask for a new one.
