Hi, when I was younger my family and I lived in Canada, we stayed for 3 years total as we applied for refugee status it ended up being denied after a year and we applied for reconsideration or something like that which took another two years to get the final decision, we were told we had to leave before a certain date which we did, I now have a stable job and would like to just visit my aunt and cousin who live there, do I need to apply for a ARC even though we left before the date required and I was a minor (about 11 yeas old)?

What passport do you hold?

Generally speaking, if you have a refugee refugee application, you require an ARC to return to Canada. Assuming you need to apply for a TRV to come to Canada, you should apply for the TRV and fully declare your immigration history in Canada (including the refugee application of course). IRCC will then ask you to go through the ARC process if they feel it is necessary.
