Hi everyone.
Recently I received my employer specific work permit approval letter (which required a valid LMIA at the time of submission) and also my visa. But as the processing time of the application and the visa has been so long, the LMIA is no longer valid.
My question is, do I need a valid LMIA at the time I enter Canada? Or the validity requirement was for the time I submitted the work permit application?
