Do I need a transit visa?

Hello,

I'm from Algeria, and I'm traveling to the US in July, and in my way there I'll change planes in Montreal, and I'll stay there for 3 hours and 14 mins to be precise.

I wanted to know if I do need a transit visa or not.

Unfortunately yes you do need a transit visa assuming you have an Algerian passport and not a visa exempt passport
