Do I need a Police Clearance from the US

I need you help.

I have been visting the US for the pass 6 years for abt 2 to 3 weeks at a time.

However if i add up all the time spend it equal to more than 6 months.

Do i have to get a police clearance from there, although i was just a visitor.

Please let me know.

Yes you need PCC from FBI as you were in US for more than 6 months in total.

Can you explain how the number of days your in the country is calculated.

E.g do you count the date u entry and date of exit.

Or is it the number of days between

You count it from the date you entered in USA and you leave USA both days inclusive. For exact days, you can view your travel history on I-94 Official Website.

You mean PCC? It take about 2-3 months currently.
