My case is pretty specific:
I'm from Brazil (which requires the medical), but just finished my undergrad in the US (which doesn't).
I returned to Brazil in April, then went back to the US for 3 weeks in June, and finally settled in Brazil in July.
According to the website, you only need a medical if you "have lived temporarily for six or more months in a row in the one year immediately before the date you want to enter Canada" in a country that requires the exam.
So technically I will not have lived 6 months in a row in Brazil by the time I would go to Canada around December.
Should I say I don't need a medical or do you guys think their interpretation will be different than mine?
Thanks for any help.
