Hi, I did search the forum before asking. I know that not all applicants from PNP need the language test, but I still want to be sure whether I need it or not.

I got recently nominated by British Columbia PNP, under the stream of International Post-Graduates Pilot Project. I am currently a doctor student at UBC and holds a master's degree from UBC. According to the National Occupational Classification 2011, I fall under skill level A: University degree (bachelor's, master's or doctorate). So in this case, do I still need to pass the language test? Many thanks.

(The website only mentions that most applicants who fall under skill level C and D need to pass the test, but it mentions nothing about the rest. I study logic and rigor of language is everything to me, and so I need to confirm the info.)

To answer your question, no, you don't need a language test.
