Hi , I have done my softlanding in NOV 2019, however i am unable to go back due to pandemic. Do i need to file my taxes in Canada, I am still working in India and getting Indian salary.

Thanks!

Need more information. Did you establish residency ties such as your spouse is still in Canada, etc.?

I have my bank account in Canada which I opened during my landing there. I stayed there for just 1 month and came back.

My wife and my kids are here in India with me.

No, in that case, it doesn't seem like you have sufficient ties to Canada to be deemed a tax resident. so, you don't need to file your tax return.
