Do I Include Canadian Citizen Children?

Hi All,
This is my 1st time on this platform..nice to be here. I was wondering if while preparing my profile/expression of interest do i need to include my two Canadian Citizen children (born in Canada) in my profile under section that asks...'number of family members'?

If the question is number of family members included in this application, the answer is 'no'. If the question is for another purpose we'd need more context - type of application (e.g., PNP, EE, etc.)

Yes, the question was "How many family members does XX have? (This includes XX, a spouse or partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.)" and the application type is express entry (even though I have also created a provincial expression of interest too).

Do I still leave the Canadian kids off at this profile stage? Thanks much for your help
